The current deficiencies of Turkey's train ticket sales website and the factors that make it difficult for users to experience the site is identified. Various design scenarios are created to design a better, useful and memorable experience. Since these scenarios cover many stages, a prioritization is made in the design. The train ticket sales process is re-designed and reached to the testing stage.
